Fabulous photos.
Not Cebysa leucotelus which feeds on mould and covers the case in detritus, and also has a more complex pattern on the prothorax.
Please: can you take into protective custody, and rear it to get the adult moth?
Most of the taxonomy has been done on adult moths.

I don't know, I looked yesterday. An entomologist who knows the Tortricoidaea once showed me a photo like this and said it was Heliocosma.

No no. It is certainly not M. elongatus. I was only saying that some caterpillars in Psychidae look like this. But maybe Heliocosma caterpillars look like this too. I have never seen one.
The only way to identify it is to rear it.
