Hi Michael we have it in one part of the woodland but the leaves looked different to the group Michale M identified so I thought I should post. Perhaps this is just natural variation? I will take some comparison pics just in case.
We have plenty of native "weeds". Being a native weed is not a bad thing. It just means it is a good coloniser of new ground or disturbed ground. Eg Erodium crinitum, Dysphania pumilio, etc.
Aahhh well the little woodland will b thrilled to hear that. If u have a list of good colonisers of new ground which are part of the original understory of the yellow box red gum woodland I would love to se it๐
