Found on top of stone wall adjacent to urban park on western side of Oakey Hill Weston . Possibly Phoracantha semipunctata

I think Alice's original suggestion is correct - P. semipunctata. This species is recognisable by the zigzag black mark in the middle of the yellowish band crossing both elytra. The black zigzag looks broken in this specimen, but is still present.
