Have found Hypoblemum scutulatum before at Tidbinbilla. The one pictured had stronger stripes though.

Hypoblemum scutulatum has quite different patterns, although it's white on reflective black. It might be good to have a look at the confirmed sightings on CNM or external sources to get a bit of a refresher!

It's difficult to tell as there isn't a photo from the front, but it seems like a male Jotus sp. However, as suggested multiple times in the link above, there seems to be many undescribed/unidentified species of Jotus so it's probably best to stick to genus rather than species.
