User's notes

I'm not sure how many of these I saw - there were a number of glimpses of things disappearing into grass clumps and under shrubs - but probably 5 or 6 at least. They seemed very active, so definitely not nocturnal - I photographed these between 5.30 and 6.00 pm. It was overcast but reasonably bright. I didn't see any at the same site around midday today when it was sunny.
