It looks different to all the other sightings, with its thread like waist.

It appears similar to the common Delta bicinctus. Unfortunately we don't have a potter wasp expert to fall back on.

Just looking at the various Delta species, they have a thicker arched "waist", while this one has a narrow thread-like waist. Delta sp. seems incorrect.
