It might be Solanum opacum, a weedy native, which has green ripe berries. Solanum nigrum ripe berries are dull black.

These are unripe berries and the plants are still flowering. They smell like Solanum nigrum when I pull them out. The leaves are too broad for Solanum opacum, which does not seem to be found in the ACT.
