I think this is the Sun Spurge, Euphorbia drummondii, previously Chamaesyce drummondii. I couldn't find either name in the drop-down list.

I checked the other registrations under the name E dallachyana; I think they need to be changed to E. drummondii.

ACT Census lists
Euphorbia drummondii

Unless you have good closeups of the fruiting bodies showing whether they have a fringe or not, it is impossible to decide between these two species. Here ia the section of the key in PlantNet, which still calls them Chamaesyce.
Capsule with a fringed receptacle appendage appressed to base; seed faces more or less smoothChamaesyce dallachyana
Capsule without a fringed receptacle appendage; seed faces wrinkled Chamaesyce drummondii

Thanks Betty
I didn't check the fruits I must admit. The plants are quite common so it shouldn't be a problem to collect a fruiting specimen for a final id. From memory S. Sharp id-ed the species as E. drummondii at a VegWatch session back in Nov 2013. The ACT Census lists E. drummondii but not E. dallachyana.
