3 ducks took flight as we arrived. Supurb blue wren, dragonflies, and frogs calling in the day.; Size: 320 m�; Aquatic Veg: sedges and rushes on entire margin. Fallen dead tree in water.; Bank Veg: tussocks all round, native sedges and tussocks; Overhead Canopy: E. blakelyi, E. macroorhyncha on 15% of bank; Landscape: regen pines in predominant grassland; QAQC Notes: Audio tape, Also reported Lit. per but can't hear on tape.
