Well done = I am just back from my son's block on Kangaroo Island where I spent days digging out tubers and only covered a few tens of square metres - definablely one we don't want to get well established here

I wonder whether it could get a hold in Canberra; so far, we found it only in high nutrient soil under protective cover of trees I remember huge amounts in the Araluen Valley on the other side of the great divide at a rest / camping site.

I fear frost intolerance may be what is holding it back and that climate change may mean that it could get away here. Just from observation it does seem to thrive in a wide variety of poor soils.
