I don't think it is Ctenoplusia albostriata - they have a distinct streak rather than the two white marks this one has

The normal pale "distinct streak" on the forewing actually has a subcostal part and a subanal part that meet, rather inexactly, at a central vein (M,R ?). In this specimen, they do not meet as closely as in normal specimens. It would be interesting to compare their genitalia and DNA to see if they are really conspecifics, but sadly all we have are habitus photos.

There are a few on BOLD that look like this. It is worth looking at the lines delineating the pinker approx 1/3 sections at either end of wing. It is definitely a Plusiinae. Maybe Ctenoplusia near albostriata
