Wow : a new Agaristid caterpillar. Hope you can rear it. Could be a different instar or an unillustrated species from those in http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/agar/agar-cats.html I do not know any Agaristids that feed on Ericaceae or Caesalpinaceae.
Hi Don. Looking at the pictures on your site, I think this looks rather like Hecatesia fenestrata, which I have seen not far from this site (sighting 4423913). You can see Cassytha, which I gave as an associated plant, in the photos.
