I'm not sure this is E. xystiphora. The black thorax patch does not resolve to a sharp point as it does in most examples of this species I can see elsewhere. Yellow head suggests Tineidae (family), although its not as prominent as I would expect (ie. a 'topknot'). A photo from the the side really helps identify these many similar yellow and black species. Pages 28 and 29 of 'Moths in the ACT' shows many examples of similar yellow and black species which are oftmen difficult to separate.

Putting myself in the place of the moderators, I always try to get top, side, rear end and front end shots. Not only was it extremely windy, this particular individual was not having a bar of my intentions. (Some species you can actually touch and they still won't fly away). I got three quick shots, none particularly sharp, before it took off.
