I don't see it Ian. It is a narrower and darker moth than C. privatella and it has a crest. I do agree that the wing shape does not look quite right. Maybe Philobota philostaura?

I think it looks like Donald Hobern's photo of Heterozyga coppatias on LBH, particularly the elevated scales on the big black spots. I also think the antennae are too dark and the pattern of dots is wrong for C. privatella .
