I don't think this is Monopis meliorella, Ian. I agree that it is very similar in appearance but it has upturned palps, clearly visible in the first photo, and the pattern, while very similr at first glance, is actually different if you look at it more closely. The collar is darker and has no creast, the termen is orange along its whole length, the head is not fluffy ... One is probably a mimic of the other...
OK, well spotted, no Tineid woolly head either. An Euphiltra (genus) species I think. I'm suggesting E. eroticella however, see Sighting No. 4355434. There are other similar looking Euphiltra species.
