The date and time shown in the survey is incorrect. The correct date and time for the survey is 9 Oct 2021 at 8.10pm. This was entered into the form!!! The date and time when the photo was taken was 7 Oct 2021 at 11.10am. The system must have changed what was entered into the form to the date and time when the photo was taken!!! Note the photo was uploaded after the date and time was, correctly, entered.

Hi lovely people- I can see the photo alright but somehow no recording- wondering if there is a system error that restricts the upload to only one attachment- will investigate- could you possibly be so kind and send the recording to me via email- that will enable me to play around a bit and see what I can and can not upload. Will amend the dates accordingly

I worked out how to edit the survey (COO350 20211009), so have been able to correct the date myself. I definitely uploaded both the photo and recording yesterday and they were both ticked when they uploaded. But the recording had a grey tick and the photo a coloured tick, does that mean anything?
