User's notes

I find it odd that I haven't noticed this moth in previous years but am now finding multiple sightings of it.

It does seem a bit long and thin compared with the Scotts' drawing of Conoeca guildingi. It would be really good to get an adult to confirm this type of case.

The 2nd order difference equations relating the populations of a species to its prey and predator populations are extraordinary in predicting chaotic solutions, depending on the parameters, some showing long periods of low population with irregular spikes in numbers.
