User's notes
Flatworm approx. 30-40mm under log at Lyneham Wetlands. Appears Black with two faint grey dorsal stripes, closer up appears dark grey, slightly speckled with lighter stripes, pale grey ventral surface possibly with some striping.

The single row of multiple eyes, dorsal stripe pattern and ground colour, and eponymous paired ventral stripes characterise this species.
