The first plants (photos 1 and 2) were in one area with many similar orchids, and the other plant (photos 3 and 4) a little away, in a different area, with more than one orchid. The second plant had delicate pink spotting, not evident in photo. The leave seemed different in the two areas, but I have no idea if this is significant in terms of IDing . . .?
These appear to be all the same. The flower comes first and then the leaf so it is just how much the leaf has unwound as it opens. If the underside of the leaf was reddish that could indicate a different species but I am not see that in these photos.
