This is a Phycitinae, possibly genus Emmalocera or Heosphora, although the candidate species that I have seen all have a broad light costa that does not appear in this photo.

I think the light costa is very subdued in this specimen

Emmalocera (Enosima) leucotaeniella (Ragonot, 1888) appears to be a tropical species. The photos in
https://w3.ual.es/personal/edana/bot/mh/complemento/docufijos/echinocb.pdf
do not look much like those of 4370501.

This species does not appear on Bold Systems, ALA or iNaturalist apparently so I have no similarly labelled image except Google generated images to compare this suggestion with.

Yes, I was right off course there. I saw an example of a subdued light costa and jumped the wrong way. Will delete the suggestion.

I overlooked Lioprosopa genus, which has some moths akin to Emmalocera and Heosphora. The record may well be Lioprosopa rhodbaphella itself, but I'm not aware of any southern records.

Looking at Bold Systems 4 it looks more likely.

AFD has the species name as 'rhodobaphella'.
