I am suggestiing Gelechiidae: Anarsia molybdata, see 'A Guide to Moths of Australia' (Zborowski and Edwards 1970, CSIRO 1970), p.87. ALA shows this species has been recorded in Canberra and is widespread in eastern Australia. Several Gelechiidae have similar markings.
