It's not D. microstigmata because of the forewing shape, which comes to a broad point whereas D. microstigmata has a squared off termen like in Tachystola. Also I can't see any sign of the thoracic scale crest in D. microstigmata. I looked at some Oenochroa that have the right wing shape and at least some have the scale crest, but no match yet.
