Hard to say from just this but I'm thinking maybe more Swamp Harrier?

We also saw a swamp harrier (sighting 4356599) in the same area, the bird listed here has a different profile and wing shape. A little Eagle was also seen in the same area the next day by another birder.

Definitely not a little Eagle

Based on rounded tail and wing shape.

Thanks guys. Photos were a bit hard to tell. Goshawk does seem more likely than Harrier.
