Few records of this species from the ACT, and the first record I'm aware of for the summit of Black Mountain.
User's notes
Hilltopping at Black Mountain summit from 12pm, seen for almost an hour, never perched once so was only able to take video footage and have taken this screenshot from that video for ID purposes.
