Hi Kim, I'd agree with P. ammon, but another moderator thought on a previous ID that we couldn't be sure and suggested to go with Polyrhachis sp. However, I think it looks very much like P. ammon.
Sam, I don't know them well enough to be sure. There could be other local species that are too similar to be distinguishable from P. ammon in these images. Probably best to leave it as Polyrhachis sp.
