Growing among Chiloglottis valida. One plant in flower. Each plant had exactly two buds. Possibly Caladenia mentiens?

It's not C. mentiens which is single flowered and not strongly hooded. Possibly C. alpina despite the small size.

You don't think it could also be C. carnea? C. alpina seems to have different looking calli.

Yes C. carnea is a possibility, but usually has narrower floral segments and is not strongly hooded. I still favour C. alpina but others may have a view.
