Collybia eucalyptorum is a widespread Australian wood-rotting fungus that has only previously been recoded once before in the ACT (at Tidbinbilla0, according to the Atlas of Living Australia

Whereas I wouldn't go beyond Collybia s.l. from the photo, Ken has the benefit of having seen the fungus so I'll happily accept his suggestion.
