Growing within grass clumps in a damp frost hollow situation at around 1200m.

There are some fairly distinctive features concerning the cap and stipe, but the genus escapes me.

If I were collecting this I'd probably write Hypholoma/Pholiota? on the collecting bag, before popping the specimens in it, knowing that a close examination back home could in fact show it to be some other genus.
