Identification based on Jones et al. 2008 Field guide orchids of ACT p139 fig b, cf. same figure for Gastrodia sesamoides

This may well be G. surcula, but not easy to separate from G. sesamoides. The location would help as G. surcula is found at higher elevations (above 1000m), and known principally from the Mt Ginini area.

I have now confirmed this as G. surcula as I see it was close to other sightings at Ginini carpark.
