I suspect this is a cultivar with Grevillea lanigera in its parentage. The leaves are far too hairy; the pollen presenter (style) appears to be hairy throughout; and it is prostrate rather than spreading.

If it's a cultivar it has naturalised. The covering on the leaves is frost not hair. Ill attach more photos of the plants.

I have updated with a few more photos of different plants in the same population, this time in the afternoon, so not coated in frost.

I am much happier with it being lanigera now I have seen it without frost, though I would still like to see a closeup of an open flower showing the hairs lower down on the pollen presenter and the lack of hairs towards the tiip.
