The grey patches on the cap suggest adhering tissue and, if that is the case, presumably remnants of a universal veil (i.e. a membrane that enveloped the mushroom in the button stage). That suggests a species of Amanita, but the slightly fuzzy underside view doesn't let me see any details to support or dispute that as the genus.
