While I might secretly have guessed that this was a Lasioglossum species, it is actually a perfect example of an image that does not show enough detail to enable a reasonable suggestion.

Michael Batley, does this mean that Leioproctus sp is incorrect. Should it be removed?

I can't say definitely that it is not Leioproctus, but only a few Leioproctus species have white hair on the abdomen, while quite a lot of Lasioglossum species do. As the comments will always appear with the photo, it does not really matter whether the name is removed or not.
