There are three yellow/orange peas with sharp tipped leaves in Canberra. What was the height of the plant? Would it be possible to get a decent photo of the leaves?

It was only 20-30 cm.

That makes it more likely. The other two are usually over a metre high. See https://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Sightings/Details/3868823
