The only pale yellow Micro-Lepidoptera, with which I am familiar, is Apiletria marcida, illustrated and noted to be from Australia by Rudolf Felder in 1875, and as far as I can see it has never been referred to again.
Rudolf put it in Tineidae, but the genus has been shunted around into Symmocidae and Autostichidae since then, and now the species itself seems to have disappeared from the literature available on the web..

I think I can see recurved labial palpi held closely against the head. if so, it's another Oecophoridae.

I believe the recurved labial palpi are short, suggesting along with the overall pale yellow, Microbela allocoma.
