I would like to have seen a sideways on photo of a flower so I can see the sepals and small leaf-like bracteoles at the bases of the flowers. Also a decent photo of a section of stem with leaves sharp enough to see the hairs (or lack thereof). The length/width ratio of the leaves appears to be about 3, far wider than that of Westringia eremicola (6-20 according to Plantnet). At this site, I suspect this plant is a cultivar.
Sorry, I was going to visit it on the weekend but I caught up, I can drop by and get the extra photos tomorrow afternoon, thanks though Varanus, The location is on the bridge leading up to the kids playground.
