First sighting of a rare orchid within Mt Majura nature reserve.

This stunning Diuris plant was discovered by Michael Doherty. Single plant in excellent health, very vibrant and striking.

These are my images, but this discovery was made by Michael Doherty, hence I have assigned this sighting to Michael's account. He took me to show the site today and it is truly impressive. Such a stunning Diuris in perfect health - only the single plant! So this is very significant for Mt Majura and we have to look after it.. :)
