Probably. It is unfortunate that it appears to have lost the style (in the middle of the flower) altogether. This means that the flower, at least on a first look, does not look like Wahlenbergia at all. The flower colour is OK, and the leaves are not too bad for gloriosa. The altitude might be OK, but gloriosa is usually at higher altitudes than this.
It is important for flower IDs, especially for Wahlenbergia, to take a side on photo of a flower.

Many thanks Betty, and yes I agree I have seen them higher so was rather surprised to see this plant. But I had just disturbed a large alpine copperhead and so was not that surprised to see another mountain species nearby. Thanks for the advice on the side angle shots which I will follow in the future.
