Author's notes

I noticed this tiny creature moving about in the Banksia rose so photographed it. However, when I examined the photo it seemed to be carrying several parasites so I went back and captured it. Then with tweezers carefully removed as many of the parasites as possible (under a magnifying glass). The second photo is the creature under all the parasites. Sorry the photo isn't great but it wouldn't stop moving.

I think that it may have been covering its body with organic material as camouflage
