Author's notes
This bird looks to me like a blue mutation of a crimson rosella. It was almost like looking at a black-and-white photo! I was very excited to have seen it visiting our garden.

Maybe a leucistic (partially albino) Crimson Rosella? Fantastic image, thanks for sharing :-)
