Heliozela eucarpa (Heliozelidae, Adeloidea)

The forewings of the adult moth are dark brown, each with two white marks on the hind margin. The hindwings are grey darkening toward the margins. The head and thorax are a shiny black. The wingspan is about 0.7 cm.  The species has been found in Australia in  New South Wales.
