@donhe I posted this one on iNat and have been given an alternate suggestion of Genus Psychanisa, a member of Bagworm Moths Family Psychidae Characteristic by the fine twigs used, compared with the two Clania species in this region which both use broader twigs
There is a case moth with more and thinner sticks than C. lewinii, see https://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/psyc/psychaz.html That that is a Psychanisa species is news to me. Has someone successfully reared it? I think on balance this is more likely C. lewinii, but rear it and prove me wrong.
