Based on the matt surface it is probably ramsayi but otherwise not much to go on. Did you get a look at the head and perhaps see any white makings on the lips?

Sorry there wasn't a better photo. I surprised the snake (and myself) while weeding and unfortunately didn't get a good look at the head. I'll look out for white markings on the lips next time.
