@Tapirlord , I was wondering if it was E. nortonii, because the adult leaves were grey green not green. The EUCLID key mentions that leaf colour difference. But the buds were not as glaucous as some photos of nortonii. I also checked the VICFLORA key, and it has nortonii buds as ovoid, while goniocalyx buds as oblong or ovoid (oblong in the above photo). So, based on VICFLORA key it is goniocalyx.

Yeah I decided on balance of probability it was more likely E.gonioncalyx based upon bud shape and bark texture. We can leave it as that for now.
