Barb, sometimes I forget to confirm the species straight away, sorry.
I'm currently working in a relatively dense St John's Wort patch with long grass and I find those patches of ST. I hope to finish the StJW at this patch tonight. I propose to walk the area after StJW removal and check again for ST; I'm sure there will be more. Perhaps the new grass id trained volunteers can help - several pairs of eyes are always good and it would be good practice.
