It's probably Crinia signifera but still looks a bit odd to me. Would have liked to see the belly!

Yes its not a great photo at all unfortunately. And I don't know much about handling frogs, so I didn't pick it up. I did see its belly - very light coloured throughout, with some paler whiteish mottling towards the rear.
