Don't believe Persoonia rigida, that was my first thought, but ones in this area the same size as this specimen look just like the bigger geebungs (plus most of them are flowering at the moment, even the smaller ones).
Accept P rigida, but I'll check it again to be sure - my indicative ID said "oddball persoonia". Could be a minor appearance difference based on this specimen being in a fairly open area whereas the others around here are in woodland.
