Assuming the dashed dark antemedial line is damage as it only appears on the left forewing, I do not see any plain white forewings on any of the images of 22 species in the BOLD Mesophleps webpage.

Could be the species Scieropepla polyxesta except I see no other examples online with the three black markings at the 'shoulder'. However this example csalled 'Scieropepla (genus)' shows some errant black spots:
