User's notes

At the moment a flock of males are making the most of their wild oats(?) in this area. In the 3rd photo, there are two hidden parrots - but when I accidentally disturbed them, there were actually 10 -15 birds feeding low in the long grass. I'm not sure if the bird in the 4th photo is eating grass seed, or protein attached to the gum leaves. The 5th photo shows (I think) the same young male from a previous post.
