These florets are old and tatty but (to me) very clearly Rytidosperma fulvum. The lemma is quite fluffy, has raised nerves and shortish lobe bristles. The palea has the species' distinctive delicate apex that tends to become pleated under the compression of the keels along the margins. I expect the lower panicle branches were quite long, with quite a few spikelets on each. I also expect the fresh leaf blades were expanded, i.e. not inrolled to become bristle-like.
