The way the antennae are held suggests Pyraloidea, and the pattern suggest Scopariinae. I tried suggesting Eudonia sp., but CNM no longer accepts suggestions.

It has curved upturned palpi visible in both photos. I don't think it is Pyraloidea.

I think Ardozyga sodalisella matches well even if this one is much more yellow than the usual orange.
